Our Greenway Terrace Community is located on the north side of the spectacular Columbia River Gorge in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. Residents can easily explore the area’s natural wonders, plus all that the city of Vancouver has to offer. What’s more, a leisure 30-minute drive across the border to downtown Portland gets you access to great shopping, dining, and unique Portland culture.

Venturing further out, the Cascade Mountain Range rises on the east. Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument and Mt. Hood are less than two hours away. To the west, the splendor of the Pacific Coast is also under a two-hour drive.
